PBM, Professional Bayway Management, is a community association management company founded in St. Petersburg in 1984 by William Newton. Today our team manages more than 135 condominium associations and HOAs across Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco counties, from high-rise towers on the water to single-family neighborhoods inland. Our service area now also extends to Manatee and Sarasota counties, served from our Isla del Sol office. Today we're a strategic partner of Odevo, an international community management and technology group, which puts our boards ahead of the curve as the industry moves into the AI era.
